Ayurveda

Ayurveda, which literally means “the knowledge of life,” is an ancient traditional system of medicine that originated in India and has now become well-known all around the world, especially since the COVID-19 pandemic. This time-tested system of medicine focuses not just on cure but also on the prevention of disease.

Yoga

The Sanskrit word ‘yoga’ has entered the English lexicon. From being practiced by solitary hermits high up in the Himalayan mountains to now being practiced by thousands on the mat in Times Square, yoga has become a worldwide movement. The benefits of yoga, including decreasing stress and providing vitality, are well-known and scientifically recorded.

Meditation

Due to the efforts of several meditation masters, meditation has become mainstream in the West. Meditation offers a wide range of benefits, such as: reduces stress and anxiety; boosts the immune system and calms the nervous system; increases concentration, confidence, and communication skills.

Arts

Art in any form, whether craft, painting, classical music, dance, or dramatics, has always been recognized as a medium through which humans can process their complex emotions in a healthy manner. Arts facilitate catharsis and sublimate the emotions in a creative way. Art is known to enhance emotional intelligence.

Nature Play

Since we are all made up on the same five elements that surround us, namely earth, water, fire, air, and space, interacting directly with nature has an immediate positive impact on our mood. Whether by gardening or farming, just the touch of the soil is known to increase our emotional well-being.

Storytelling

For generations, storytelling has been used in all cultures to impart values in not just children but people of all ages. Whether through fables, parables, short stories, legends, epics, stories transmit values and even metaphysical truths of life and death in an engaging and entertaining way.

Sanskrit

Sanskrit, the most scientific language, is often referred to as the “mother of all languages.” Besides speech enhancement, Sanskrit is known to boost memory and increase IQ. MRI scans have shown that memorizing Sanskrit increases the size of the brain regions associated with cognitive functions.

Right Orientation

Right orientation is the most important aspect of the highest human unfoldment. When all the practices for the unfoldment of the other sheaths are oriented towards Self-unfoldment, as opposed to doing them as a ritualistic practice, then inner joy flashes forth. This fulfills the purpose of human life

right orientation

There can be nothing more tragic in life than to see a human being in stress, conflict, and poverty when a life of peace, harmony, and prosperity is our birthright.
